How support works

Break the Cycle Framework

A pattern is often more than the latest argument or reaction. It can be a learned way of protecting yourself that no longer serves the relationships you value.

Understanding the pattern gives you a place to begin changing it.

The same argument keeps returning.

You pull away when connection matters most.

You know you are reacting, but not why.

Everyone feels misunderstood or unheard.

What people say

Honest words from people Wendi has supported.

Thank you for today! I ALMOST forgot how much I loved therapy, especially when it’s done in the right way. The only therapist to ever help me was the one I did the Splankna therapy with. You’re hands down the best talk therapist I’ve ever worked with. Thank you for listening, your patience, getting to the root core/cause of things, voicing thoughts when they’re needed and with the correct intention, AND giving ACTUAL action steps to help us proceed. Therapy done with God is therapy done right. Thank you for stepping out in faith and using the gifts He’s gifted you with

I have sincere gratitude to Wendi as she helped me a lot when I tragically lost a family member. She understood the difficult time I was going through and was a tremendous help and comfort with her gift of healing through our sessions. Wendi was so honest and genuine. Her gifts were evident with the things she brought to my awareness as we spoke about the tragedy. She selflessly walked me through the grieving process, helping me come to terms with my emotions. Thank you Wendi for helping me to move on with closure, knowing that my loved one lives on with our Savior.

If you have ever been to conventional therapy, that is not what you will receive here, in all the best ways. Wendi is easy to open up to, you can tell she really cares and genuinely wants you to better yourself. When I first met her, I was going down a very dark path that would have led me to estrange me from my family, ruin my reputation, put my job in jeopardy and ultimately end my life. With Wendi’s help and through the grace of God, I was not only able to restore my life but even more importantly, my relationship with the Lord. I highly recommend her, especially if you are unsatisfied with a regular therapist. The cost is definitely worth it.

Wendi is great! Very easy to talk to and an overall great person. My daughter has been seeing Wendi for a while now and Wendi works well to getting kids to open up. My daughter enjoys seeing her and even asks when she gets to again. She has become one of my daughter’s favorite people.

I had the distinct opportunity to have Wendi as a QMHP for my daughter and she has been a God send to our family. I found her to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, dedicated, and compassionate. The Harris Center assigned Wendi to my daughter over a year ago and she made an unfortunate period in my daughter's life into something positive and life changing. Wendi understood the unique challenges with my daughter and she researched, found solutions, and worked with my daughter to implement change. She was a tremendous resource and also a source of constant encouragement. We have paid for other professional services for our daughter in the past, but the care we received from Wendi has been, by far, the best.
